Giuliani: NYC Trial Of 9/11 Suspects Puts Residents At Risk

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Trying alleged 9/11 terrorists in New York places its residents at unnecessary risk, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said, according to the New York Times publication of an AP report. Giuliani, who was mayor during the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, told CNN's "State of the Union" that military tribunals for the suspects would be more appropriate, adding that choice would recognize that Islamic terrorists and the U.S. are at war with each other.
