She Said He Said

ANDREW Cuomo won't run for governor next year, according to a maybe less than objective source: his ex-wife. Kerry Kennedy (above) said on Dominic Carter's "Road to City Hall" on NY1 the other night that the state attorney general told her he won't oppose David Paterson, whom she supports in next year's Democratic primary. Carter teased Kennedy about Cuomo's recent rise in ratings. Kennedy quipped, "Andrew started getting popular right after I left him." A rep for the AG said Cuomo has consistently said, "He is running for re-election and he supports Gov. Paterson."
