Group Wants Rudy for Gov

ALBANY -- A statewide "Draft Rudy Giuliani" committee encouraging the former mayor to run for governor next year has been formed by a bipartisan group of longtime political activists, The Post has learned.

The committee is headed by former Village Voice co-owner Bartle Bull, who just over 40 years ago chaired Robert Kennedy's ill-fated New York presidential campaign, and Anthony "Tony" Coles, Giuliani's former deputy
